Space City Sprouts started with a simple frustration: grocery store "fresh" greens that were already a week old by the time they hit the shelf.
So we started growing microgreens at home in Houston — trays of broccoli, sunflower, pea shoots, and radish under full-spectrum lights, watered daily, and cut only when someone orders them.
What began as a kitchen experiment turned into a neighborhood favorite. Now we grow for families, meal preppers, and local chefs across Greater Houston who can taste the difference a same-day harvest makes.
